STOP THE PHONE CALLS
The endless phone calls are bordering on harassment. I am not interested in their product, I have cancelled my subscription and suddenly (months later) I'm bombarded by phone calls AGAIN - from tons of different numbers. They will literally keep calling, one number after another. In this pressing time, people are already on edge and this "business model" of hunting people down until they FINALLY just give in because they can't stand the calls any more is nothing but pure bullying and ridiculous. I don't have time to speak to a consultant who is going to try everything to sweet talk me and right now I don't even want to answer my phone when it's ringing as I'm afraid it's them.

We see that the consultant gave you a call on 15/07/2020 and the call died so they called you back on 16/07/2020 after which you asked them to call back later. The rest of the times they tried to call, they reached your voicemail, so perhaps they were unaware that you were not interested.
Please know that you always have the right to decline and we will respectfully stop contacting you, we will never force you into a membership.
Apologies for your experience, please rest assured that we have notified the relevant department to refrain from contacting you again.
