"SPECIAL TREATMET" = NO DELIVERY
Good Afternoon,
Can you please terminate my membership to The Box Fashion, with immediate effect!
My account has been debited in January, but to date I have not received my delivery that was suppose to be delivered after the debit run.
I have not received any update regarding the delivery of my package, via either email or telephonically - I deem this to be poor customer service.

You will receive your joining box (gift) to welcome you to The Box Fashion family after your first successful premium has been collected.
You receive a seasonal box every three months after three payments have been collected.
After your third successful payment was collected, you receive an SMS with two colour selections for the current season.
Your parcel will then be shipped and delivered 10 to 15 working days later.
Please note that we have received your cancellation request for membership ALUA***3.
Your request has been sent to our cancellation department. One of our fashionista's will contact you shortly to assist you with your cancellation request.
All debit orders will be stopped from our side until further arrangements have been made.
