****ed , I subscribed to the box fashion. They deducted my account. emailed them to cancel the services & refund me the amount I've paid as their sale representative who called me advised that I can cancel at anytime & get a refund.. to my surprise I'm being told the amount I've paid is non-refundable, I even have the call recording , such a ****

In the sales call they advise about the 7-day money back period on your first seasonal box. Should your first seasonal box arrive and you are not happy, you have 7 days to let us know. We will then collect the parcel, and that is the instance where a refund can be paid.
