After being told that I was going to receive a joining gift that didn't arrive, I then paid the R379 membership fee for 3 months. When nothing had arrived I sent an email stating that I had not received anything from them and I wanted to stop the debit order going though effective immediately. I then received the gift that was supposed to arrive 3 months ago and the box that I had paid for. The next month the debit order was again taken off my account. When I phoned and queried it I am told that the debit orders will be stopped but they will not refund my money. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They have effectively ****** money from me. They got my number and all my details from Platinum Life and I was told how awesome everything I would get would be. The products are average and I paid more for them than I would have had I just purchased elsewhere. Total *******.
