Refusing to refund me

I canceled my membership due to financial reason and as I said I'm no longer working and financially I'm not cable of paying for the membership. This company all they care about its profits not people or customers. As I canceled the membership I'm not allowed for a refund but your agent never explain to me that there is not refund.

I want my money today, you can't tell me about online credit. That online credit its not going to pay my rent nor buy food for kids. I want that money I need to pay for my rental. You guys don't sympathise with your clients all you care about its profit. How will I use online credit with such economy, I desperately need the money that was debited.
