Refund
I would like to request my refund from the box fashion because I didn't permit them to debit my account but they did
I have canceled the membership because I didn't like what's in the box of October, then the consultant called me to advise that there are other boxes, and he will send me an SMS with the link to see if I like it but he never did
I have been ****med because I didn't sign an agreement with them to debit my account or activate the membership without viewing what's in the box.
What kind of business is this
The box fashion I plead to you please refund my funds.

01 Dec 2021, 14:28 Hi Noko Thank you for taking our call and allowing us to address your concerns. As discussed, members receive a seasonal box after every 3rd successful membership fee. There was definitely a misunderstanding, as the box you were due to qualify for was not yet launched at the time you app**** and were called for membership, so you would not have been able to view it. All calls are recorded, and a legal closure needed to be done with you before the membership and debits could proceed.
