Quick fix

One of the items in my box had a string of threads sticking out. It looked like the machine that made the cloth jammed or something, but the fault was quite visible. I took a photo of it immediately and emailed it with a kind letter to theboxfashion to ask what steps I should take to get another one. Within a few hours I got a reply saying thank you for the image and bringing their attention to it. They are posting me a new item as we speak! Wonderful. No fuss, straight forward.
