POPI Act at Platinum Life or not?
I would just like to complain as I am busy at this moment sending an email to cancel my woman's cancer policy at Platinum Life.
How in the world can Platinum life give your banking details to Box Fashion firstly?
Secondly how can Platinum life send me a gift voucher for being loyal to them and then few days later I must become a member at a monthly fee at Box Fashion to pay these vouchers back?
You sign up for a cancer policy and then all of the sudden you must pay for sunglasses and girly treats because you have been nominated by Platinum Life?
Pathetic services!
I will be canceling my policy just to avoid this harassment!

Kindly note that we are sister companies with Platinum Life, but no information can be shared without explicit consent. We have confirmed that permission was obtained from you before any details were shared between the sister companies.
The gift you received is 100% free, and the fees to become a member would have been completely unrelated. Whether or not you chose to become a member with us, no payment would have been expected for the gift that was delivered to you. We do apologise for any misunderstanding in this regard!
Please rest assured that any membership offered is completely optional and your policy with Platinum Life and any gifts received in no way obligates you to take a membership with us.
We have submitted a cancellation for the membership that was offered to you. You can rest assured that the membership with us will not be activated and no debits will request from your account.
Should you require assistance with regards to your Platinum Life policy, you would need to contact them directly.
We hope that the above addresses any concerns you may have. You are welcome to respond to our mail if you have any further questions or queries.
