No refund from the box fashion

I signed up with the box because I love their products , we agreed that they will debit the R423 from my acc for the next 3 months then instead I encountered fanatical problem I sent them an email cancelling our agreement, I received a call from a consultant asking me if I was not happy I said I was happy but explained my current situation and the consultant told that the debit has already been sent so I will have to reverse the debit from my side to my surprise I could not reverse it even the bank tried it could not because it was not debit but a purchase something so when I contacted the box for a refund I was told that I won't happen they will give me a gift card from their side even though I want the refund . All am saying is am disappointed because i was told that I could reverse the debit while the consultant knew that it won't . If you are dealing with clients you need to explain how you operate before you debit any money from them
