NO REFUND AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EITHER

So they ply you with upgrades and promises. Then when you start realizing that what you are getting does not really work and you want to cancel your membership. I was basically told that they "CANNOT" excuse me ??? refund my money and that they will be giving me a voucher. The cheek of the matter is that you never received anything for the money you paid. Then when you finally want to use the voucher, you find that your money now has an EXPIRY DATE ????? I cannot believe that you pay money and you basically get ****** of it. I am extremely angry and I feel that the least they can do is of course REFUND me my money. How are they allowed to hide behind terms and conditions while they ***** your money. I will not let this matter rest here and I trust that THE BOX FASHION will think carefully about how they treat customers and DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND ME MY MONEY !!!!
