money refund after cancellation
I had a membership with the box fashion until I cancelled back in June, they called asking why and I told them I can afford it right now. they asked when do I think I will be able to, I said Probably November but I'm not sure. the lady I was talking to said she'll call me November to see if I can continue with the membership since it's so difficult to get membership again. come November instead of getting a call I got a debit go off from my account which my bank can't reverse, I all i want is my money back

Trust you are well.
We tried to contact you telephonically but unfortunately we are unable to reach you.
We sent you an email after listening to the call and also attached the call in the email. The consultant confirmed in the call that you can contact us anytime if you are not able to continue with the membership and did not promise to phone back in regards with the payment. In regards with the payments we received confirmation from the bank that the debit orders was reversed by your bank.
Please note that your membership was cancelled on our system. No debit orders will be deducted and no further boxes will be sent to you. We do apologise if there was any misunderstanding in this regard.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.
