Long Turn around time for queries and products

I have a subscription with them and they debit R665 monthly from my cheque account. In return, I get a fashion box for myself and a toddler. My issues the toddler box was not a fashion box instead it was tie dye and a bunch of white items for the toddler to die. This wasn't specified when I was signing up and these are items I an get way cheaper at any art supply store. Secondly the deliverytime is10 -15 days, there is no option for overnight delivery as a member since the delivery is free but by the time the box arrived my event had passed and I had already enquired with them to which they rep**** with the 10 - 15 days policy. The products were great quality but not worth the weight or the money I paid for over 3 months.

I have sent an email to cancel my subscription their turnaround time is 3 days. I am still waiting today is day 3.
