i just recently lost my job and the box fashion debited me twice when i called to cancel my subscription and asked to be refunded as i am not using their services or have any of their products in months who gives them the right to keep my money that is supposed to feed my children now if i knew you were ****** id never join and ive been with the box fashion for a few years
i would ask each and every girl i know to cancel their memberships this is wrong !!!!!

We are very sorry that you feel that way! We take pride in the service that we offer, and our intention would never be to make you feel mislead.
Our T’s and C’s are included in each of your boxes, and seasonal boxes are sent after every 3rd successful membership fee. The moment that your 3rd fee for this season went through successfully, your box was dispatched and is currently with the couriers.
We see that a consultant from our cancellations team has been in touch with you, and she is set to call back next week to further assist.
