Invalid voucher and debit order cancellation
1st of all, i received a voucher from The box fashion that was invalid. 2nd I cancelled my debit order on 30 May 2023, a debit order went still off on 27 June 2023 and they still deducted my money, when i asked for a refund they told me it will only receive it on 1 July 2023 because the cancellation order didn't pull through their system. It is bank charges and a mission to go through now. I just feel it's very unprofessional.
