I WANT MY MONEY BACK

In the month of october one of The Box fashion people called and told me about it. I scheduled a payment for the 4th of november. After the phonecall no communication was made between them and myself or any reminder. On the 4th the took R389 from my account but for some reason I could not reverse because it was not reflecting like other payments or transactions. I call my financial provider several and they told me that they can not reverse the money from their end I should talk to the Box Fashion people. So i did, spoke to lady by the name of Lizl , she told yes it possible for me to reverse my money I'll start paying whenever I want to. she told me to contact my bank and they'd help. again i contacted the bank and even went to the branch they told me that this specific payment cannot be reversed i need to get my money straight from the company. So i called the box fashion again this time the lady i spoke told me that they do not reverse payments or refund people. Its either they give me a gift card or i keep paying, but LIZL told me that its possible to be refunded. I WANT MY R389 AND TO BE WIPED OFF THEIR SYSTEM ASAP !!
