Happy customer

I had an issue with a pair of earrings. I emailed them and almost instantly received a response. The consultant, Kendra, advised that they will send another pair. Within +/- a week a small box with the replacement earrings was delivered. And I was advised that I can keep the faulty pair :) Service excellence, fast and courteous staff. Definitely worth the 5 ⭐
