Good customer care relations

I had a problem, complaining about the choices there was and called it a ****. I was contacted by a very friendly young lady who actually listened to the reason I was so upset. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was very understanding. She promised to stop the debit order and also promised that they wil send me an appropriate gift for the amount already withdrawn. I was also asked if I would consider giving them a better star rating and I promised to do just that as soon as I see that they were honest and true to their word. I bend my head in shame now and would like to apologize for my harsh previous letter. I received a box today with beautiful gifts which definitely exceeds the amount withdrawn from my bank account. It is also goods that I will most proudly wear and tell people where it came from with a recommendation to The Box Fashion. I however stand by my decision to rather go out to do my own shopping, and appreciate that no one harassed me with any more calls. Thank you The Box Fashion, you deserve your five stars.
