Excellent service - ALWAYS!

I have been a VIF member for a number of years now and have only received excellent service to date. After I received my latest box, I noticed that one of the earrings had a defect (1st time something like that happened). I informed them via Whatsap. They immediately responded and within less than a week I received a new set of earrings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great service and stunning merchandise!
