Depends on your skin
The customer services is good. The boxes are ok, I think some of them won't be value for money (a few friends have told me they were disappointed that they didn't get their money's worth). I tried anyway and received 1 box. The jeweller is not great, it tarnishes very easily on my skin. I've bought jewellery separately, and it also tarnished. I don't shower with it, swim with it, put perfume on it etc. It just doesn't go with my skin, therefore it's not good value for me.

We are sorry to hear about that! Our jewellery items are all hypo-allergenic, lead- and nickel-free, and we always aim for the highest quality and value for your money.
Our Full Boxes are valued between R1800-R2200, so at R423 p/m you end up saving quite a bit. There are also other membership benefits, such as 25% discount on our online store.
Of course, our bodies do have different levels of acidity, and this interacts differently with costume jewellery, but if contact with sanitisers, perfumes, water and hairspray has been avoided, your items are not meant to tarnish so soon!
Please send us pics of any tarnished items delivered within the past 6 months so that we can investigate and further assist.
