Deducted my money even when i canceled this membership 2 months ago

I called this company on the 21st of February 2023 and told them to cancel my membership, the Lady called Chantelle told me that it has been canceled. To my surprise today they deducted almost R500. 00 today I want a refund of my money as i called the company today and waited for about 30min to talk to someone. When i spoke to her she said they can give me a gift voucher. I went to the bank even their debi check cannot be reversed. I want my money. I cannot wait for 24-48 hours whilst you will review a call recording. I want my money
