I was helped by Danielle and she was so patient and helpful. My box didn't arrive on time, I kept communicating with the courier but they didn't tell me that they couldn't find my box. Danielle discovered it and arranged for a new box with a little apology gift. The new box arrived within 3 days just as she promised. Thank you Danielle for the prompt response and being so friendly.
