Communication

I like that when you call, there's someone to pick up, phone never rings for long :-) . I've never been put on hold by the receiver so they can "find someone" who can help answer my questions. Everyone knows the products and the business and the support comes easily, the emails fly in fast whilst on call, the mail interaction is great. Of cause the BOXES are amazing, just wish I signed up at the right time to receive mine as they launch. S** you are amazing and thank you.
