Cancelled subscription debit
I cancelled the box after the 3rd month I've had it . I still had a credit but told them to keep the credit and just cancel my subscription. My debit was cancelled for a few months but now all of a sudden they start taking my money again. I feel so irritated by the idea that i gave them free money just to get rid of them just to find that they take my money again a few months later.

As discussed telephonically, we cannot detect any deductions from your account since the 1st of April 2017. We have had exactly the same query from another client who banks with the same institution. Our suggestion is to follow up directly with your them.
