Cancellation of Membership & Refunds

Good day,

Please confirm why there’s an amount of R423.00 that went off again on my account after I CANCELLED my membership?

This is unacceptable and poor service.

I have requested to cancel the membership in November 2023 and I still haven’t received my refund for the 17 November 2023 and now it went off AGAIN on the 1 March 2024?

I did not receive any packages from you so why are you deducting money that I asked to cancel on the 3rd of November 2023 and still no assistance received?

Please advise and arrange the refunds asap.
