CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD IT

I am a student. I informed them I'd have to discuss with parents, my parents said no and I tried cancelling today but they told me that it would take a week for someone to call me back and they can't promise that the money in my account won't be touched. This was a horrible mistake. I'm a student and I can't afford to have anything taken from my account. This needs to be cancelled. I will be closing my account and opening a new one to be sure. Don't trust them.
