Bianca from The Box Fashion

I have been a member of The Box Fashion for quite a while now. Their seasonal boxes are trendy and just stunning. I absolutely love receiving their boxes. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to some financial issues. One of their employees, Bianca, called me to talk about the cancellation. Bianca was truly helpful and considerate when we talked over the phone. She helped me with solutions instead of just canceling. She is great at her job and listens carefully to each customers needs and see where she can be of help.
