Best Business WhatsApp engagement

My experience was quick, efficient & excellent customer service. The agent that assisted me got straight to the point, resolved my query, updated my delivery address and even selected the relevant box on my behalf. It was by far the best experience on WhatsApp that have ever had with any business! I genuinely generally dislike chat channels with businesses because of the poor service experience but this interaction has certainly made me rethink my position on that.
