After not receiving all I’ve ordered

I got a voucher of R400 where I had to use I used the voucher and did not get all the products that I was suppose to get .i wrote them a emails they quickly reply my email and really apologise for the inconvenience and within a week a got all my products ..and that made me so happy they included a note apologetic about what happened
