VMS is the worst
The worst decision Dikhololo ever made was moving their services to VMS.
I am still in an ongoing battle regarding my Fixed Week at Dikhololo for 2020 that could not take place due to lock down. In a manner which VMS advises I should lay out issues, herewith a point for point breakdown 1. VMS closed my account whilst is was in correspondence with them 2. VMS then asks me that I must pay a reinstatement fee to open my account 3. VMS could not confirm the points value I received for not being able to use my week 4. I refused to pay my levies until I have some form of writing confirmation on this points from them, only to be advised that my account was closed. 5. Only in January 2021 did I get confirmation of the points and that the reinstatement fee will be waivered, but my account never got reopened 6. I asked about this year's week and still I don't have reply, only to be told now that my unit has been rebooked.
I have been struggling for months to get any sort of written confirmation back from anyone at VMS, you always get the same story "This department can't answer for that department and each issue has to be dealt with by each individual department"
I have until the 31st of March to pay this years levies and why should I pay my 2020 levies if I have no confirmation of the points or that my account is open. I am still being advised that the reinstatement levy is due on my account, but this was waivered?
6 months to get this resolved and leaving emails for weeks to be answered it is just pathetic. Most consultants are unapologetic and have no problem with pointing fingers at the client trying to make it look like its your fault. There is a huge problem within their system.
