Very bad service

Stayed for the long weekend in September. Booked 3 nights (Friday to Sunday) and Saturday, access card wasn't working and they sent another guest to my room. Sunday the cleaning came to clean the room because reception told them I checked out. Only explanation was that there were 3 people booked with the same surname. No apology whatsoever.
