Unacceptable stay and service!
I booked a week holiday 6 months in advance: Upon arrival we booked in and discovered the following: The chalet's view is towards the mountain - 5 meters away; No cellphone coverage because the chalet was at the back of the mountain; and no braai area accessible, as this was the parking area (no other parking available). The manager and reception staff were not helpful at all!!
We left the following morning and will not return to Dikhololo. Thanks Dr De Villiers

At Dikhololo, we pride ourselves in that we are able to offer a wide variety of holiday experiences to cater for our diverse customer base. We cater for guests who enjoy the hustle and bustle of the swimming pools, bars and entertainment on offer, as well as our guests who visit the resort for that tranquil and true bush experience. Dikhololo is a 450 hector Game Farm, hosting 13 camps, hence we have certain camps generally clustered around rocky ridges to make the most of the amazing natural scenery. We note that you booked with an external supplier and not directly with us and we encourage you in the future to make certain that you communicate your personal requirements with your travel agent to obtain the best possible experience during your stay. We also want to assure you that had we not been fully booked during your stay, we would have gladly accommodated you in the camp of your preference. We would love to have you back at our beautiful Bush Resort or one of our other awesome destinations for you to enjoy the guest experience you so desire. Happy Holidays and See you soon!
