Timeshares

We have been shareholders of two weeks time share at Dikhololo for more than 10 years! We recently sold one but still own the flexi week. We have paid the levy in March already and every time when we enquire about an available unit, they claim its full! The agents VMS Pty Ltd do their bookings and when we complained that they never have something available, they just said "you didn't book in time"! We still have till the end of Feb 2019 to book but nothing is available till then! They just brush us off instead of trying to assist! We own that week, now they rent it out at a much higher price and we have to forfeit our levy? We are willing to bank it at RCI to help them but they refuse and tell us if we can't book a week at the original resort, we can't bank at RCI! This is unacceptable. They rent my week out to strangers and make money off it whilst having all kinds of excuses for not giving my week to me as the original shareholder!
