Timeshare waste
I’m utterly disappointed in the this organisation I was given an enticing presentation on their chalets at Dikhololo they sang it’s praises and told me my money would be invested and should I want to leave I’d get it back This was a year ago I’ve paid up my chalet in full R78800 and my levies for 2022/2023 I have not used any benefits that I was promised And due to financial difficulties I want to sell and move on The issue now is that I’m being told about 8 week long wait a lot with my money being used to paid off third party people that were not initially involved I bought the chalet directly from the group I want my money back as is This was a horrible mistake

We acknowledge your comments and regret that you feel this way towards your contractual Timeshare agreement.
New members do have the opportunity of questioning all the contents of their contract during their 'cooling off' period, and once satisfied, can then opt to go ahead.
Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions outlined in your Use Agreement, and Memorandum of Incorporation that further defines the stipulations of your contract. Such can be easily accessed here - https://bit.ly/3EnFGTc
Unfortunately, we are unable to pick up your details on our database, and request that you please contact your Collections Controller for further assistance with this matter.
