Timeshare gone bad.

We have timeshare at Dukhololo in December-peak season. Suddenly our week has been moved out of season because the government changed the dates of holiday. According to Dikhololo we bought the "4th holiday week in Dec". But now that holiday has only 3 weeks?!?! I am a teacher. So this year no holiday. Found this out 15 Nov. Since then I initiated lots of e-mails, telephone calls. No help, no compromise.
