Thieving of guest items at resort

I stayed in the Kingdom resort from 30 April 2018 until 01 May 2018. I reported a full bottle of perfume that had been ****** and theyfirstly made it seemed like I was lying. They took my number after I threw a few tantrums and they have never contacted me to give me am update on their “investigation”. I have tried to call them so many times to get feedback on the investigation and they always promise to call me back and they never do. I had written down a statement and given them all they info they requested but have never even tried contacting me.
