The Kingdom Resort epic fail
Im totally not happy with The Kingdom Resort in rustenburg. I cancelled a booking on the 31st of ausgust 2021 and til today they have not refunded my money. Instead, when I called them, they say it's the booking apps problem and not theirs...its been more than 10 days and they havent at least called to update me.

15 Sept 2021, 14:02Hi Jessica, your booking agent contacted us on 14/09/2021 and advised us of the error that occurred on their booking system when you cancelled the booking with them. We were advised that they were in contact with you regarding the matter. The refund was processed earlier today and should reflect in Bakang Sedupane's account within the next few days.
