Terrible terrible experience

Its with a heavy heart im writing this message i had a terrible time at your resort this past weekend. We booked in on Vryday 28 June and booked out on Monday 1 July since our arrival the trouble started! Firstly the unit was not what we expected or booked for that matter.As the sight states the studio appartments is completely different from the explanation online as to what you receive. We walked into a apartment with no rooms all is open plan. I went straight to the office and explained my situation the lady at reception did her best to assist. I was advised that the resort was fully booked and can not get any other unit. I then decided to not let it get the best of my weekend away seeing that i was saving for quite some time to go. We settled in and as i was starting to prepare foos goe for the night i started experiencing all that went wrong. The microwave did not work properly. The oven does not work at all. The basin is so close to the wall that i could not even fit behind the basin to do the dishes. The knife's was so blunt i could not even cut my hand with it. The potato peeler broke in half on the first use. The toaster had 2 settings not toasted still white or cremated. The kitchen cabinets were of the hinges fluttering everywhere. The bathroom blinds were in a terrible state. Then we had an unfortunate moment were my friend had a terrible allergic reaction to the kudu that came to visit. We went straight to the office for the paramedics assistance. He did not have the right equipment to help and advised her to put allergex cream in her eye to calm down her swelling. From my experience you can not do that. We also had extremely noisy neighbors the whole time even though they warn you against noise in or around the units. They chased the wild away that came to say hallo with their excessive partys. We even heard our neighbors in their bedroom at night if you know what i mean. Then we went on the game drive what a disaster. You can not have or enjoy the drive with children shouting and talking all the time. I really think you should do adult drives and family drives. Because you who does not have children does not enjoy it at all!!!!!!!What a terrible terrible experience we had. And its sad because we had such good memories at Dikhololo. This caused that i will NOT recommend this resort to anyone. And i will certainly be hesitant to spend R5 000 to receive this!
