Refund from Kindom Resort

Hellopeter I have been trying to get my money which I payed in 2018 August 10th at the Kingdom Resort buying into timeshare ownership

I was given a very bad disgusting service the very same month as I was arranging a birthday for my son These Beekman portfolio management as they called themselves took my R326000 that I payed in via EFT and and started building my units with it I bought 2 units which was a six sleeper and an eight sleeper simultaneously

I wanted yo cancell after an incident made several calls which I was sent from pillar to post for 3 months I was told to send an e mail of cancellation wth the support of my complain was told to use the email which was in the contract book

I did exactly that only to be informed eight months down the line that the email was not working they bluntly refused to refund me.
