Poor service received at dikhololo

We had such a bad experience at dikhololo, first for all their entertainment they speak in afrikaans, clearly speaking to their afrikaans speaking guest only. 2nd the chalet was not clean. 3rd it is not kids free we couldn't go for a game drive because apparently our children will make noise for all the other guests. 3rd the restaurant food were bad, none of the meals we bought we could finish and the final one was the bad attitude we received from Leon the restaurant manager, he gave us such bad attitude when we complaint to him about a mixed order, he showed no managerial s****s nor did he show compassion towards us as frustrated customers. For all these reason I will never go back to dikhololo & I will never advise anyone I know to go.. We were also denied an iron by the reception, we had to wear clothes that were not ironed simply because they did not have enough irons.. We felt so unwelcomed & had such a bad Christmas experience... I am never going back.
