Poor reaction on the reporting of faults at the Dikhololo Resort

We have been visiting Dikhololo for many years and when I retired 5 years ago, I also bought some time sharing there. They are managing and developing it very well and the bush roads are maintained very well. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the maintenance of the older chalets. At some time, the microwave ovens were always broken and lately the toilet roll holders are always broken. On our second last visit about 3 globes were dead and when we reported it nothing was done about it. I reported a toilet door's lock that did not work more than a year ago and also again in-between but when we visited again last week it was still not working!
