Poor poor poor... stay somewhere else

Reception staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Booking showed check-in was at 14:00. At 14:00 was told to return at 15:00 as the Chalet was not ready. Returned at 15:00 and told the Chalet was still not ready. No apology. Sat outside the chalet until 16:30 when the Chalet was finally ready to be occupied. Shocking! Still waiting for an apology... Aircon is on a pre-paid meter... we were absolutely dumb struck! Place is crawling with people looking important however, no one cares about the you or your comfort during your holiday... Will not ever be able to recommend this place to anyone...
