Pathetic service...!

I am having a terrible experience with this company. It concerns my fixed week at Dikhololo that I am supposed to occupy next week.

I have owned this unit since the inception of the resort.

My family used week 51, unit P11, for the last 30 years.

I always pay my total levy approx. a month before I use the facility. I informed their legal department, and have all the records that this arrangement was in place. I have been making payment this way for years. That is just the way my income structure works.

Today, 10 December 2023, I contacted their offices to pay my levies as always, and to book my unit.

I was informed by their representative that my unit has been cancelled and that I am not the owner of it anymore. Apparently been sold on some tender list? I have no notification of such an arrangement with myself. This is legally my property for that week. I also own a "Flexi week" at the same resort.

I also informed their lawyer of my payment arrangement and got a notification back from them to acknowledge it.

I had no legal notification of their intentions to rent my unit out or sell it? I am now 66 years of age, and used to be a shareholder of this resort. A month ago my wife still made reservations for our Christmas lunch with the restaurant. Our name reflected on the list against our unit?

Like every previous year, I have my funds ready to pay the full levy and I need to occupy my unit. Should this not be possible, I expect them to offer me an alternative solution, that will be acceptable to us.

I had no written correspondence from Beekman's regarding this situation, after I brought it to their attention. Managers avoiding contact and hoping the situation will go away?

My kids and grandkids are joining us this year from the Netherlands for a Christmas holiday at Dikhololo? What now?
