Not worth the investment, try something else

Professionalism wise, i had a good experience however not worth the investment, maybe those who invest in peak times/ entire year get better returns but those products are way more expensive

In my experience i flushed more than 120 000rands down the drain. Annual Levies are more expensive than the rental returns. I bought the timeshare for 125000 and pqid more for it. they are paying 70000 for it, and i am sure whoever beekman properties sells it to will be charged an excess of at least 120000. A *******, to an average citizen who was hoping to leave something for my children.

How does a company making good profit, and getting awards treat/ reward an 'investor'

Maybe if one uses it for holidays.This is not an investment, and throwing money down the drain
