No response to my request to make a reservation

On 25/08/2020 I have sent a request to VMS to make a reservation at Dikhololo. Ref LDHS298823. I have requested confirmation of the reservation but to date have received no feedback. I have followed up daily, and up to today they have not even bothered to acknowledge my request, or reacted to my requests for feedback. I am used to excellent service at the resort, however, I am disappointed with the manner in which VMS is handling a simple request.
