New resort LET US NOT SHOW YOU WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

On holiday at Pilanesberg and decided to go and have a look at the new resort. We got to the gate where we were extremely rudely told by the security guard that we are not allowed in without an online booking. I then called to enquire how we can view the units but was told sorry we are full and will not entertain anybody. Question begs how do you promote a resort and not show people what it looks like or even allow people to just have lunch..

Very disappointed.
