Kingdom resort has electricity issues if you want to stay in darkness book with them

What a terrible experience last night at Kingdom Resort. No electricity for almost 2 hours , staff was not concerned it seemed so normal to them. Chalet was cold staff didn't offer coffee only gave me 4 candles. Imagine trying to get away from load shedding just to experience at a reputable resort. Staff promised management will call I'm still waiting
