Kingdom resort- BMP please refund my deposit
I have requested for cancellation literally a week after signing with The Kingdom resort. I cancelled because a lot was not said during the time that I signed, when I uncovered how the business actually works and wanted out, I was told that my case will be referred to Market force, I have no reference with Market force, it is now a month that I am awaiting resolution from Market force.
Only after signing it was sated that I will be sharing the chalet with 50 other people and that I don’t get to access it and rent it out when I wish to but only on dates that they allocate to me, there is a lot of grey in what is verbally presented.
Can Beekman portfolio group please pay me back my deposit of R17300 please.
