Issue resolved, happy about new solution offered!

Beekman contacted me and offered a solution that meant I didn't have to loose all my money from cancelling. Thanks to Chantal who was patient as we finally resolved the issue. Beekman should see that all their agents understand and actually offer helpful customer service to their clients, I didn't have to be so frustrated & angry to get my issue resolved.
