I went on the 29th t...
I went on the 29th to 31st March, booked and specifically requested 2 chalets or units which are closer to each other because I took my 4 ***s with, when I arrived I was given units which where 5 km from each other namely leeu and nyala , they refused to correct the mistake and I could only use 1 unit when I have paid for 2 , very bad experience from start to finish

Kindly note that while guests are welcome to make such requests upon booking, regarding where they would like to be located, this is not always guaranteed and is at the discretion of the resort at the time of arrival.
We reaffirm that all our Resorts will always do their utmost to accommodate each guest to the best of their ability, provided that it is within their means to do so.
Furthermore, as outlined in your reservation confirmation letter, the Resort reserves the right to allocate guests to a different unit, provided that it is of the same size as that indicated on the confirmation letter.
We regret having missed the mark for you in this instance, but do hope to provide you with a much more pleasant experience in the future.
