Dikhololo Sales Pitch

I was invited together with my two daughters to a sales promotion of holiday shares at the Dikhololo around we attended the presentation at the Dikhololo in Brits around March 2020. The salesperson gave a very attractive presentation of a holiday for life which we would buy for about R58000.00 and could sell anytime we wanted to to his organization. He never mentioned anything to be paid for except the R 58000.00 for buying the units but after some months during which I was paying off the purchase installment I realized that my monthly payment was about a thousand more than agreed to and on enquiry I was informed that the additional amount was for levies for which I was never told during the presentation and on my protestation I was told that I in fact had signed the contract and there was nothing that could be done about it otherwise I would not utilize the holiday facility I bought if I did not pay the levies, hence I offered to sell back the units as the salesperson had told me at the presentation and to my surprise I was told that the company does not buy the units instead they could refer me to Agencies that could sell the units for me and when I called the agency given to me they told me that they could only sell my units for R 3000,00 and also deduct their 18 percent. I view the presentation as more presentation and would never in my life recommend Dikhololo to anyone considering to purchase holiday shares.
